Sports should unite in a major sporting event. America is hosting the FIFA World Cup this year, while at the same time the US is robbing Venezuela of its oil, suspected drug smugglers are being murdered without trial or evidence, and now Greenland is also being threatened. https://boycotnagroenland.petities.nl

who endorse the value of democracy and reject the US annexation of Greenland.
establish that:
- we are increasingly in danger of accepting a world where the law of the jungle prevails, where the American president disregards the international rule of law.
- the organization of the FIFA World Cup has become a major prestige project followed by the entire world population.
and request
The KNVB must issue an open letter to the International Football Association declaring that if the US seizes Greenland, the Netherlands will withdraw from the FIFA World Cup in the United States.
The KNVB must send a copy of this statement to the President of the United States via the ambassador.
